About Splashin' Safari:

In the little town of Santa Claus, Indiana, sits one of the highest ranked amusement and water parks in America. Holiday World is best known for their super-friendly staff, free soft-drinks, and free sunscreen, but their main pull are their rides; including their three main wooden roller coasters Raven, Legend, and Voyage.

Holiday World's water park, Splashin’ Safari, is free with admission and holds an amazing lineup of fun, thrilling, world-class, and award winning water slides; the majority designed and built by ProSlide company from Ontario, Canada.

Along the extensive lineup are two of the world's longest hydromagnetic water coasters (Mammoth and Wildebeest) that dip riders down a drop before propelling them upwards via linear induction motors at very quick speeds. Other slides include one of the longest dark family raft water slides in the world (ZOOMbabwe), two wave pools, two water playgrounds, a tornado funnel slide (Zinga), a new-for-2013 half-pipe slide (Hyena Fall's Laughs), and a ProSlide mammoth bowl (Bakuli).
